If you came to the Holiday and Traditions around the World event on Nov. 17 2018 at Lincoln Township Library, I bet you realized there were a lot of amazing holidays celebrated around the world. One World program put up this event to celebrate five holidays from five different countries, Czech Republic's day of the life, the Brazilian June’s party, Chinese New Year, the Spanish 3 Kings Celebration and he United States Thanksgiving.
Tsui-lien Chang and I were two members from the Chinese team for the Lunar New Year celebration. We were glad that people enjoyed taking pictures in front of the Chinese door decoration, Chinese music and dance, Chinese calligraphy, Chinese firecrackers craft and making origami zodiac boars.
